  • Former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder accepted BCRI’s 2025 Fred L.   • Birmingham creatives can now submit entries for the American Advertising Awards organized by AAF Birmingham (the contest spans local, district and national levels) with deadlines from Dec. 1 to Jan. 19 and late entries from Jan. 20–23. ECONOMY NEWS

  • Prices on holiday items have risen today, according to a study from Groundwork Collaborative. Families are buying fewer gifts and choosing artificial trees as costs add about $28 billion to holiday bills (roughly $130 per shopper) this season.  WVTM 13
