- ➤ Birmingham police said shots rang out shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Thursday at Valley Station Apartment Homes on Knob Hill Drive, injuring three people—one with life-threatening wounds and two with non-life-threatening injuries—as a physical fight led to the shooting while officers placed nearly 24 evidence markers in the parking lot.
