Post Office Pies will close its last Mountain Brook location on Sunday, June 29.

Chef John Hall said the lease costs—$14,000 to $15,000 per month—forced the decision even as the restaurant earned national praise for its local ingredients and tasty pizzas.

Taziki’s Mediterranean Café now serves a new location at Hoover’s Knox Square at 5880 Elsie Road, Building D-1 where customers can enjoy Greek-Mediterranean meals including gyros, soups and salads.
