- ➤ Costco is opening six new stores in March & April in Texas, Utah, California, and Manitoba. A $105 million, 152,000 sqft warehouse is planned to open in the Birmingham area in Spring 2028 on Grants Mill Trail near Interstate 459. AL.com
- ➤ Coca-Cola UNITED is selling its 39-acre campus along East Lake Boulevard that holds 350,000 sqft of office and industrial space to move to its new corporate headquarters in Birmingham's Kingston area, which will be completed in late 2026 — Graham and Company will list the property. WVTM 13
