- ➤ Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama is running a pop tab drive to help families with sick children by encouraging local schools, community groups & breweries to collect aluminum tabs. - ➤ James Osgood, 55, will be executed by lethal injection on April 24—after he dropped his appeals in a case where he was convicted in 2014 for the 2010 killing of Tracy Lynn Brown, whose throat he cut during the attack—according to prosecutors. WVTM 13

- ➤ College students interning in Alabama will join FuelAL 2025, a free program that offers career help, mentoring and social events in 10 host communities. - ➤ Forecasters have issued a high risk designation for severe weather on Saturday, March 15th, 2025, as a storm system may bring powerful tornadoes and baseball-size hail to Alabama & nearby states.
