- ➤ Fort Payne 11-year-old Derek Flora won the Beta Club state painting contest at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex and will compete at the National Beta Convention in June. - ➤ Momentum announced its 2026 Women of Impact honorees during Women’s History Month and will celebrate them at the Rise 2026 conference (Leading With Courage and Clarity).
