- ➤ Redeemer Community Church purchased the former Trinity Medical Center site at 800 Montclair Road to expand its growing congregation and community outreach. The acquisition includes 18.21 acres with 1,200 parking spaces and open land for future development. Bham Now
- ➤ The Community Food Bank of Central AL provided nearly 20 million meals in 2025 to Birmingham residents and will continue fighting hunger in 2026 by partnering with local retailers and 11,600 volunteers to distribute food across 12 counties * it thanks the community for its support. ABC 33/40
- ➤ Officials celebrated the opening of a new pavilion with accessible restrooms at the Frankfurt Drive entrance to Red Mountain Park today, marking a two-year project funded by local and regional partners that will improve access for all visitors. Bham Now
