- ➤ A federal jury awarded Alabama-based Drummond $256 million after finding that lawyer Terrence P. - ➤ Birmingham City Council approved a $2.6M contract to improve infrastructure in Pratt City’s Shadow Brook subdivision—efforts that aim to support long-term recovery from the 2011 tornado and spur new housing developments.
