Pre-requisites: A level assessment & instructor permission The experience: Experience the Classical system at the highest levels. Incorporating the Classical transitions increases the cardio pace for a "fast flow" class challenge. Pilates equipment experience is necessary for this class. We want all in our classes to feel content and safe! One beginner class will assist you to feel confident to advance to our faster paced intermediate groups. One of our friendly instructors will give you clearance to up level. We will advance your level as quickly and safely as possible!
