About this event
Join us for an inspiring afternoon of hope, connection, and community impact.
For more than 114 years, Children’s Aid Society of Alabama has been creating brighter futures for children, youth, and families across our state. The Community Impact Luncheon brings together business leaders, community partners, advocates, philanthropists, and friends to celebrate this legacy while investing in the future of Alabama’s children.
Throughout the luncheon, you’ll hear powerful stories of resilience, hope, and transformation from individuals whose lives have been changed through Children’s Aid Society’s programs. You’ll also gain a deeper understanding of the organization’s work to strengthen families, support youth, promote permanency through adoption, and provide life-changing services to children across Alabama.
This year’s event will feature Master of Ceremonies Shaheed Tawheed (DJ Supreme), whose passion for uplifting communities has inspired audiences nationwide, and keynote speaker Dr. Jay Miller, Dean of the University of Kentucky College of Social Work. Dr. Miller’s remarkable personal and professional journey is a powerful reminder of the lasting difference caring communities can make in the lives of children and families.
Whether you attend as an individual, host a table, or become a community partner, your participation directly supports Children’s Aid Society of Alabama’s mission to create brighter futures through advocacy, education, family support, adoption services, and programs that help children and families thrive.
