Volunteer waiver

I am volunteering at The Leaf Pantry and Urban Farm by my own choice. I understand the work is outdoors and physical, including clearing beds, lifting, carrying and walking on uneven ground near a pond. I accept the risks of this work and release The Leaf Pantry and Urban Farm and Faith Church Midfield, and their staff and volunteers, from liability for injury or loss. I agree to follow the instructions of LPUF staff.

For volunteers ages 16–17: I am this volunteer's parent or legal guardian, and I agree to the waiver above on their behalf.
