Join the UAB Department of History and the Alabama Holocaust Education Center to hear Professor Alexandra Garbarini discuss diaries written during the Holocaust, focusing on what diary writing reveals about the perspectives of their writers, the victims of the Holocaust. She will also explore how studying Holocaust diaries works to keep the history and lessons of the Holocaust - as well as the voices of the victims - alive.
