About this event

Synopsis: The Sycamores are not what one would call a typical family. A glorious collection of contented eccentrics with one normal daughter (and the only one with a job) who happens to be in love with her upper-class boss’s son. Plans are made to carefully introduce the two families, but the soon-to-be in-laws accidentally show up a day early, setting off a whirlwind of hilarious absurdities. Engaging and wildly funny, You Can’t Take it With You reminds us what is truly important in life – the wholehearted pursuit of happiness.
