This class takes place at our Crestline Park Studio: 1117 Dunston Ave Birmingham, AL 35213 This class is a FULL capacity megaformer class with a max of 8 students per class. This is a 50 minute all levels megaformer class. This innovative exercise guarantees results by melding together elements of Pilates, cardio and stability training. Through slow, controlled movements, this method strengthens your body, lengthens your muscles, burns fat, improves endurance and jump starts your metabolism—all to powerful beats of inspiring music!
