The experience: Intro level! At AJ PILATES, our 'silver level' classes are osteoporosis safe and use proven methods to build both bone mass and lean muscle. Join us for an intro Reformer class in a supportive small group setting! The springs and straps help align the body and add just the right amount of challenge.
