This class is for intermediate and experienced reformer students ONLY. Please do not sign up for this class if you have not been taking pilates reformer regularly. Focusing on a full-body workout, you will cover many more exercises than a traditional beginner pilates class. True to the studio's power focus, please come prepared to work hard and break a sweat!
