About this event
The UAB Sparkman Center for Global Health is seeking student teams to compete in the Alabama Statewide Global Health Case Competition , to be held at UAB School of Public Health . Top three teams receive cash prizes!
In this competition, undergradute/gradute student teams are given a case scenario featuring a real-life global health problem and are tasked with providing strategic recommendations to move the case subject forward efficiently and effectively.
Teams present their recommendations to a panel of judges who then score the teams. The top three teams will be awarded cash prizes!
Register here through October 18, 2026.
Note: The case will be shared with student teams one week prior to the event. The Sparkman Center will hold a virtual orientation to cover all expectations and details for registered teams.
