Join Gradient’s own Joanna Hardy-West for a two-hour Gyro workshop: a flowing, breath-based way of moving that works your whole body. Expect spiraling, rounded movements that open the spine and hips and build strength from the inside out. It feels somewhere between yoga, dance and swimming.
This workshop is for you if you are: a dancer who wants to go deeper someone with tight hips or a stiff back returning to movement after time away a yoga or Pilates lover ready for something new simply curious
No experience with Gyro needed. It’s a small group, with limited spots.

Early bird tickets are $25 through Sunday, Oct 25. Regular price is $35 after that.
